Log into your Khadims account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the item you wish to return or exchange to start the process.
Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and the invoice for a smooth inspection process.
Handover to Courier
A reverse pickup will be scheduled at your convenience; simply hand over the securely packed parcel to our authorized logistics partner.
Refund or Exchange Processing
Once the item passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange size.
